About the Role

As a Regional Sales Lead for the Obesity Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote Novo Nordisk's Obesity products in Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. This role involves contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and distributors within these territories to generate new business opportunities and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and following sales strategies to meet revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company's overall sales objectives.
  • Developing and sustaining positive relationships with existing and new customers to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Researching and identifying prospective customers, assessing their needs, and suggesting appropriate products and services to generate new business opportunities.
  • Negotiating prices and delivery times within the limits of authority, concluding sales orders, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
