About the Role

We are seeking a talented Regional Marketing Director to join our team in the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive lead generation, and build brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the enterprise IT sector. They will be responsible for collaborating with regional Sales teams, Product Teams, and other Marketing functions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth in the EMEA region.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Build and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Own webinar and event planning, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless pre- and post-event strategies.
  • Work closely with the CRM Team to attract, convert, engage, and communicate with new and existing audiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products, preferably with SaaS experience.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market and ability to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent academic results, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or STEM fields.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Hands-on mindset, with the ability to test and scale marketing initiatives efficiently.
