Doroob Account Development Manager

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who can build strong relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at Doroob. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and expand our customer base.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, assess customer needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute account development plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
- Provide regular sales activity reports and insights to inform business decisions
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry or role
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets and expanding customer bases
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
