Job Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for proactively managing accounts in assigned territories through disciplined phone call campaigns, maintaining accurate customer information and achieving targeted calls per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent contact with customers through regular calls to discuss their needs and preferences.
  • Document customer interactions and activities in the CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and qualify leads for Equipment or Material Handling solutions.
  • Promote Sales Campaigns and Events to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets as per the Annual business plan by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Professional Conduct
  • Promote and conduct business professionally to protect the Caterpillar brand and Al-Bahar image.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance to HSE policy to prevent accidents and injuries.

Benefits and Compensation
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
