Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cybersecurity Partnership Development Manager who will aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through best sales practices, training, and support. The successful candidate will establish contact, business development, cultivation, product positioning proposal, presentation, and closing sales with channels, working collaboratively with Channel Account Managers and Regional Account Managers to build existing partner relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Cybersecurity market and be able to identify areas of opportunities to secure additional partners for Trend Micro's Affinity partner program in the specific region. They will engage with partners at all levels to increase awareness of Trend Micro's value proposition, including partner principles, sales, marketing procurement, and support teams.

This role requires a high level of partner satisfaction, ability to close business, and a deep motivation for achieving channel sales targets. If you are a driven sales professional with experience in the IT sales industry and a passion for cybersecurity, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in the IT sales industry preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience with understanding of the Cybersecurity market preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under minimal supervision
  • Possess good business acumen in channel sales management
