About the Role:

The Large Segment Team Lead/Manager is responsible for leading the sales function and ensuring that large account managers efforts are constantly aligned to Zain Kuwait's business goals and performance targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Large 1 segments' sales strategy.
  • Oversee Account Managers in the development of their sales plans.
  • Monitor Account Managers' sales performance against the plan.
  • Coach Account Managers on-the-job to continuously improve their competences and performance.
  • Manage relationships with segment's high-priority accounts.
  • Direct the new business development efforts with existing and new Large Accounts.
  • Ensure a world-class customer experience and relationship management throughout sales interactions with Large Accounts.
  • Ensure realistic and accurate estimation of sales opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Present sales updates to the management team.
  • Take ownership of and implement business plan initiatives pertaining to the Sales function.
  • Coordinate with support departments to ensure availability of a pool of training resources.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to lead, inspire and motivate stakeholders towards a common goal.
  • Familiarity with business theory and methodology, especially customer value proposition, product (lifecycle) management, pricing and communication.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of large corporations including industry and main players.
  • Ability to market size potential opportunities and prioritize generating leads accordingly.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and frame key issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze a situation and produce creative, original and useful solutions.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products, trends and technology markets.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
