Sales Manager

We're looking for ambitious, experienced Sales Managers to join us and drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, solution selling, and relationship management.
Location: Opportunities available across all Digitus operating countries in the GCC
1- Sales Lead – Connectivity Infrastructure
- Focus Areas: Telecom towers, fiber infrastructure, private LTE/5G networks, and Power-as-a-Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new B2B opportunities in telecom infrastructure and enterprise connectivity (Telecom towers, fiber infrastructure, private LTE/5G networks, and Power-as-a-Service).
- Develop long-term relationships with telecom operators, utilities, and large enterprises.
- Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closing.
Experience:
- 5+ years in telecom, network infrastructure, or energy solution sales.
2- Sales Lead – Business Solutions
- Focus Areas: ICT (Cloud, Infrastructure), Cybersecurity, IoT, AI, and Smart Enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments with enterprise clients and propose tailored digital solutions.
- Sell end-to-end IT, cloud, and cybersecurity services to mid and large-sized organizations.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to craft winning proposals.
Experience:
- 5+ years of consultative or solution sales in ICT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
Focus Areas: Data Center infrastructure projects, co-location, feasibility and investment modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell strategic data center development services to clients and investors.
- Lead the sales process for new DC projects, including site development, modeling, and lease structuring.
Experience:
- 5+ years in data center services, commercial real estate, or infrastructure solution sales.
General Requirements for All Roles:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in Arabic & English
