Job Summary

Our company, IFFCO, seeks a highly skilled Strategic Trade Marketing Manager to support the execution of trade marketing activities and drive business growth across assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Manager Trade Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive RTM strategy, ensuring alignment with business targets and smooth execution of trade marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to conduct promotion activities, achieve agreed volumes, market executions, and OSA targets.
  • Develop and maintain customer master databases, ensuring accurate and consistent data in agreement with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate training programs for sales representatives to enhance their understanding of MIS and improve field capability scores.
  • Ensure on-shelf availability (OSA) and track reports for GT and MT at the category level, driving FCS across assigned markets.
  • Support the development and production of promotional displays and point-of-purchase materials across channels.
  • Track trade marketing expenses and visit markets with the Manager – Trade Marketing to audit merchandising and trade marketing execution.
  • Formulate journey plans for sales persons and plan effective sales routes to maximize coverage.
  • Prepare business review reports and presentations by coordinating with relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of related experience, including specific trade marketing experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with an MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of value chain management, trade marketing, category management, sales, and distribution strategy management.
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
