We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to drive strategic growth and elevate the brand within the competitive technology and e-commerce sectors. With a minimum of 8 years in marketing and 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail, technology, or e-commerce sectors, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.

About This Opportunity

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor marketing goals and KPIs aligned with our company vision. Your expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, will be invaluable in developing promotional content and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, establishing and monitoring marketing goals and KPIs aligned with the company's vision.
  • Team Management: Oversee and guide the marketing team, including Marketing Executives, Social Media specialists, and Graphic Designers, fostering a high-performance culture through mentoring, training, and skill development.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms, developing promotional content and coordinating high-profile events, launches, and community engagement activities.
  • Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities, developing innovative approaches for positioning products and services in the market.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking campaign ROI to maximize profitability.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) and at least 8 years of experience in marketing with 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software is essential.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
