Sales Productivity Improvement Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Productivity Improvement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving productivity by dealing with customer queries and optimizing transmission methods and documentation. This includes coordinating and collaborating with other departments for sales-related matters, acting as a first point of contact for partner restaurant queries or complaints, and uploading and updating restaurant information online in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales-related matters (Marketing, Operations, and Finance)
• Act as a first point of contact for partner restaurant queries or complaints
• Respond quickly to calls and emails if the Sales Representatives are unavailable
• Delegate tasks to the appropriate Sales Representatives
• Upload and update restaurant information online in a timely manner
• Set up and configure the system for new partners, including training and addressing system issues from the vendor/partner side
• Update and monitor closed restaurants
• Collect and document restaurant contracts and amendments
• Prepare contract delivery and pick up reports on a periodic basis
• Manage quality accounts of the restaurant, ensuring continuous partner relationships and resolving operational issues between partner restaurants and users
• Prepare reports for partner restaurants on transmission methods, assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers, and train restaurant/call center personnel on how to use the transmission system (GPRS, Pigeon software)
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including follow-up activities, transmission methods reports, and contract delivery and pickup reports:
• Acknowledge the contract receiving and delivering for new restaurants
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• MS Office, Excel Certification
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry
• Knowledge of CRM
• Presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
• Ability to build good relationships with clients
