The Sales Key Account Executive plays a vital role in achieving sales growth, maximizing business opportunities, and driving revenue expansion. The position focuses on fostering strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive sales activation and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Development of Sales Priorities: Assist in creating monthly priorities sheets for the Key Accounts team and organize sector meetings to ensure alignment and focus.
  • New Business Opportunities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer base expansion, increasing market share, and optimizing sales strategies.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Prepare and conduct quarterly reviews with all key accounts to discuss sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Review sales achievements by customer, salesman, and agency, analyzing data to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Promo Allocation: Review sales priorities and make informed promo allocation decisions by customer to maximize sales impact.
  • Market Excellence: Ensure that the sales team is equipped, trained, and motivated to achieve their sales objectives, staying ahead of the competition in terms of market excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Team Player: A strong team player with result-oriented skills, creative thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership Potential: Self-confident with high leadership potential qualities and a strong personality.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in operating MS Office applications.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
