Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Reservations and Communications Agent, working closely with our front desk operations to provide exceptional guest service and ensure seamless communication with our valued customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Capture sales opportunities by accurately processing room, spa, restaurant reservations and in-room dining requests, maintaining clear communication with guests.
  • Present daily reports to relevant departments, highlighting important details and trends to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage email and instant messaging inboxes to ensure prompt responses to guest inquiries, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution.
  • Confirm and guarantee reservations, gathering pre-arrival information from guests to facilitate smooth check-in processes.
  • Monitor Front Desk and Central Team reservations, addressing any recurring issues or concerns to maintain high-quality guest experiences.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and Arabic languages, with strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems, including revenue management tools, and strong computer literacy skills.
  • Previous administrative experience, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
