Job Description
The Front Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office functions, including bell staff, switchboard operations, guest services/front desk, and retail/gift shop. This includes supervising and guiding managers and employees to successfully execute all front office procedures, including guest arrival and departure processes. The successful candidate will aim to continually improve guest satisfaction and optimize departmental performance.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train front office staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to our guests.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive loyalty.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of front office operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports to track front office performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years' experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
Or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
