Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks. They will also be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive impression of the company.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  2. Manage the front desk and maintain a clean and organized reception area
  3. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  6. Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  7. Keep track of employee schedules and notify them of any changes or updates
  8. Handle inquiries and provide information about the company to clients and visitors
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the company
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
