Key Account Growth Manager

NMK Electronics Trading LLC, a leading distributor in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced AV Business Development Executive based in Kuwait.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate new business for the company. This role involves driving product sales activity within the region through integrators and resellers, growing market share, and developing the NMK portfolio.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive product sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with regional systems integrators and resellers.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in sales activities, including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate to win orders with the most beneficial commercial and financial terms.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
- Customer Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information on the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 4-5 years of prior industry-related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
