About the Role:

The Account Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase and achieve sales targets.
  • Play a vital role in generating promising leads for the sales team to pursue monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Ask qualifying questions to promising leads to reveal their willingness to buy.
  • Convert potential opportunities into sales by informing customers about the company's products, services, and offers.
  • Perform direct sales functions and collaborate with marketing and the sales team to target customers for repeat business.
  • Take and process orders to meet sales quotas and manage repeat purchases, offering additional products or services based on past purchasing behavior.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collect, compile, and update customer records in a database while providing accurate information about the company and its offerings.
  • Handle customer grievances quickly to maintain satisfaction and preserve the company's reputation.
  • Create and update activity reports covering the number of calls, leads, customers, sales, and other vital statistics.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to create rapport with customers and provide personalized experiences.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on needs and preferences.
