Role Overview: As a Project Manager for Infrastructure Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Projects: Lead and manage the execution of infrastructure development projects, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee Project Phases: Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, design, implementation, and completion.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage Project Risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate Progress: Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and technical documents to management and clients.
  • Foster Team Environment: Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, offering support and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and managing expectations.

Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in engineering consulting firms, with a primary focus on infrastructure development projects internationally and/or in the MENA Region. Civil Engineering or Architectural background, with relevant academic qualifications. Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and delivering successful outcomes in the consultancy sector. Bilingual in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and client expectations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide diverse teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
