**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Development Specialist to join our team at Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Bahar. This role plays a crucial part in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing key accounts within the food and beverage sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and benefits to key accounts, negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored promotional strategies for key accounts, while also mentoring junior sales staff to enhance team performance.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry, with minimum 2 years' experience in Kuwait (FMCG).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
