About the Role

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and restaurant partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success on our platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of restaurant partners, providing ongoing support and guidance to drive performance and revenue growth.
  • Monitoring key metrics such as sales and order volume, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing targeted promotional campaigns.
  • Oversight of partner onboarding, training on platform tools, and resolution of operational challenges to maintain productive relationships.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and relationship management skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to interpret data effectively. Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments are also essential.
