The Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Excellence Specialist to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding Postpaid channels, including Tele Marketing, Community, VIP, D2C, Modern Trade, and new channels.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. ">
  2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive Postpaid growth across all channels">
  3. Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction">
  4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement">
  5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics">
  6. Providing regular reporting and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field">
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales strategy and channel development">
  • Strong leadership and team management skills">
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities">
