About the Role:
The British School of Kuwait seeks an experienced Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join its team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and compliant.
• Implement reward structures that align with industry best practices and strategic goals.
• Analyze data to provide insights that support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Kuwait labor laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in payroll processing, reporting, onboarding, and employee relations.
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: KD 2,500 - KD 3,000 per month (approximately USD 8,300 - USD 9,900).
