About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Neurosurgery Professional to join our team at Taiba Hospital. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Neuro Surgery Consultants, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients from the Emergency Department and report unusual findings to Specialists or Consultants in a timely and effective manner.
- Attend daily ward rounds with the Neuro Surgery team to review patients according to the plan of care and ensure seamless treatment delivery.
- Document reviewed findings in clinical notes in a clear, concise, and legible manner, adhering to hospital standards.
- Cover Operating Room duties as assigned, including pre and post-operative assignments, ensuring efficient surgical operations.
- Discharge patients on consultants' instructions and write discharge summaries, maintaining accurate records.
- Respond promptly to adverse occurrences and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Adhere to Hospital Policies and Procedures, upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Undertake other duties as required, including assisting medical colleagues and covering for unexpected absences, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

- Good organizational ability and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
- Emotional strength and ability to assume greater responsibility, handling complex situations with ease.
- Ability to deal calmly, tactfully, and diplomatically with patients and staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
