We are seeking a skilled Senior Pastry Artisan to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for creating high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain recipes to ensure consistency and quality in our products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production.
  • Train junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment by promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a pastry chef or senior pastry artisan in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and training skills to mentor junior staff members.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
