Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Human Resources or associated field, with a strong background in Compensation and Benefits. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources is required, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team lead role handling Compensation, Incentive design, Benefits, Policies, and Strategic Workforce Planning in a large and multi-business organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-manage the organization-wide annual pay planning process and benchmarking surveys.
  • Research and analyze competitive market benchmarking for compensation structures.
  • Design and review Business Unit-specific short-term incentives and variable pay.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and recruitment teams to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
  • Support staffing activities by conducting job evaluation, competitive benchmarking, and structuring new hire and promotion offers.
  • Manage the development of the Organization structure and ensure its alignment with the Organization's strategy and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Human Resources or associated field.
  • Strong functional knowledge and concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail-orientation, with expertise in MS Excel.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • High individual drive yet a good team player.
  • Effective communication skills across hierarchical levels.
