As a Resourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, and closing sales. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate sales processes for governmental/public sectors by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding customers' diverse business needs, and applying products' knowledge to meet client requirements.

You will establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, generate new business leads, and expand current/existing accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume defined by management and achieving strategic customer objectives as valued by the organization and management.
