Job Description

This full-time role involves managing key accounts in hypermarkets, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts in hypermarkets to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and projects.

Requirements

  • Sales and account management skills to effectively manage customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
  • Knowledge of the construction materials industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
