Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lubes Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing accounts and prospects in assigned areas/territories, planning visits and meetings, and executing sales plans to achieve targets.

You will also be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with key clients, including K-companies, Oil & Gas, Industrial Sector, and Ministries. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with e-learning platforms and actively engage with Exxon Mobil's resources.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' related local market experience preferably in lubricants sales
  • University Graduate (preferably Mechanical/Chemical Engineer) / Technical Diploma
  • Excellent selling techniques and negotiation skills
  • Excellent English and Arabic language skills (read, write, and speak)
  • A valid Kuwait driver's license and transferable visa #18
