The Kuwait Business Expansion Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion across the region. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development
    Actively seek out new business opportunities and establish relationships with key clients.
    Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's presence in the market.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  2. Sales and Account Management
    Manage existing client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
    Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  3. Reporting and Analysis
    Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth.
    Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any gaps or challenges.
Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with 3 years in a consultative selling role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
