Looking for a career opportunity in sales with Al-Bahar?

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting all aspects of the Dealership by selling Machines (New/Used), Material Handling (Lift Trucks) and Rental services.

About the Role:

  • Proactively manage and qualify accounts in assigned territories through disciplined phone call campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent contact with customers via daily, weekly, monthly, or semi-annual calls.
  • Accurately record customer account and contact information.
  • Promote Sales Campaigns and Events and identify sales opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and fellow employees for smooth process flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Ensure all departmental activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Promote safety awareness and HSE policy compliance to maintain a hazard-free environment.

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
