Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong business relationships with clients, maximizing hotel occupancy, and increasing average rates through creative selling strategies.
Sales Objectives: Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Maximizing hotel occupancy and average rate through strategic selling
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client needs
- Participating in hotel activities such as promotions, sales blitzes, and events
- Pursuing new market segments and preparing proposals for consideration
- Familiarizing yourself with hotel products, rates, and promotions
- Prospecting new customers and managing existing accounts
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous under pressure. Additionally, you should possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
