We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Pastry Professional to join our culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our pastry team, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in all food items prepared, while controlling labor and operating expenses through effective organization, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of three years' experience working in a similar position in a five-star luxury hotel. You should work well in a team environment, be able to work effectively under pressure, and be thorough and pay attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of the pastry team
  • Menu planning and inventory management
  • Staff supervision and training
  • Maintenance of high standards of quality and consistency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience working in a similar position in a five-star luxury hotel
  • Works well in a team environment; ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
