Commercial Jewelry Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wholesale B2B Sales Representative to join our sales team at Bafleh Jewellery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesale buyers, growing the customer base, and ensuring the successful sale and distribution of our jewelry products to businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers and grow the customer base.
- Sales Strategy: Manage the sale and distribution of jewelry products to businesses by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on jewelry products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the jewelry inventory, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and seasonal collections.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the jewelry display is always neat, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Product Information: Provide customers with accurate information on product details, pricing, and after-sales care.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates to meet team goals and support a collaborative sales environment.
- Training and Development: Participate in regular team meetings and training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Return and Exchange: Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a deep understanding of the jewelry market and industry trends.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Be able to travel occasionally for business purposes.
