Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Bafleh Jewellery. As a Wholesale B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesale buyers, growing the customer base, and ensuring the successful sale and distribution of our jewelry products to businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Product Showcase: Demonstrate the features and benefits of jewelry items, including precious metals, gemstones, and designs, to customers.
- Closing Sales: Effectively persuade customers to purchase based on their preferences and budget.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on jewelry products.
- Inventory Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the jewelry inventory, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and seasonal collections.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the jewelry display is always neat, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Product Information: Provide customers with accurate information on product details, pricing, and after-sales care.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates to meet team goals and support a collaborative sales environment.
- Training and Development: Participate in regular team meetings and training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Return and Exchange: Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
