Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth, exceed company targets, and achieve objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target potential clients, and expand the customer base.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth.
  • Coach and train sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive sales initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
