Accounting and Administrative Support Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accountant/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our accounting department, ensuring seamless operations and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
This is a full-time position that requires a proactive, responsible, and meticulous individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good command of English.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration and accountancy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good command of English
