Administrative Support Specialist

Alghanim Industries seeks an accomplished Business Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to our management team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to utilize your organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless business operations.
Responsibilities
- Type all correspondence, including letters, memos, schedules, and agendas.
- Handle independent business correspondence for the division, encompassing incoming and outgoing communications.
- Direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipient.
- Manage, organize, and update relevant data, maintaining a proper filing system.
- Organize all business operations-related events, such as training sessions and team meetings.
- Coordinate travel and hotel reservations for business trips and visitors.
- Process visa applications and prepare employee change of status forms and recruitment requests.
- Collaborate with the personnel office on residence-related matters.
- Coordinating tasks, projects, and staff across various locations in Kuwait, including warehouses, offices, suppliers, business partners, and other facilities.
- Ensure the division's stationery requirements are met.
- Oversee the division's time sheet and resolve various matters.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of Kuwait and its culture.
- Possess at least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar administrative role.
- Display exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Showcase good computer knowledge and skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Must be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently and against tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask, handle demanding customers (internal and external), liaise with different individuals across departments and functions, and work systematically, accurately, and with strong time management skills.
Salary Estimate:
We offer a competitive salary range of KD 1,800 - KD 2,200 per month, depending on experience.
