Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide administrative assistance to our management team. This role will be responsible for handling various tasks related to correspondence, data management, and event organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all types of correspondence including letters, memos, schedules, agendas, etc.
  • Direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipient.
  • Manage, organize, and update relevant data while maintaining a proper filing system.
  • Organize business operations-related events such as training sessions and team meetings.
  • Arrange travel and hotel reservations for business trips, as well as visa processing.
  • Prepare employee change of status forms and recruitment requests.
  • Collaborate with the personnel office on residence-related matters.
  • Coordinate tasks, projects, and staff across various locations in Kuwait.
  • Ensure the division's stationery requirements are met.
  • Manage the division's time sheet and resolve various matters efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Good computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, is required.
  • The ability to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills are also required.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of KWD 800 - 1000 per month, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
