Administration Specialist Job Role
stc Kuwait seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual for the Administration Specialist position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR-related tasks, ensuring efficient processes and effective communication between departments.
Key Duties
- Maintain accurate HR records and collaborate with other departments to ensure system integrity.
- Verify employee personal records, including passports and work permits.
- Arrange overseas travel and book necessary accommodations.
- Process staff details in ERP and issue staff IDs.
- Manage staff badges for existing and new staff members.
- Ensure timely addition of new staff to company insurance membership and process cancellation of terminated/resigned staff.
- Responsible for terminating/resigning staff clearance process.
- Provide administrative support to unit heads.
- Liaise with other departments for day-to-day activities and assigned tasks.
