Job Description - Administration Specialist

We are actively recruiting for the role of Administration Specialist at stc Kuwait.

This position will be responsible for proactively processing and coordinating all activities pertaining to HR, including employee benefits and overseas travel arrangements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems and collaborating with other departments to ensure system integrity.
  2. Verifying personal records of employees, including passports and work permits.
  3. Arranging overseas travel and booking flight tickets and hotel reservations.
  4. Processing staff details in ERP and issuing staff IDs.
  5. Managing staff badges for both existing and new staff members.
  6. Ensuring timely addition of newly joined staff to company insurance membership and processing cancellation of terminated/resigned staff.
  7. Responsible for terminating/resigning staff clearance process.
  8. Providing administrative support to unit heads.
  9. Liaising with other departments for day-to-day activities and assigned tasks.
