Job Summary

As a senior-level executive, you will lead the development and execution of Enaya's strategic underwriting directives to drive retention and profitable growth of the Property and Casualty (P&C) business. You will be responsible for designing and implementing underwriting strategies, leading and managing underwriters and claims teams, and ensuring operational excellence and client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to position Enaya as a leading provider of P&C insurance line of business
Develop and execute strategic underwriting directives to drive retention and profitable growth
Lead and manage underwriters and claims teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with distributors
Prioritize operational excellence and uphold the highest standards in client service
Oversee risk management, data analytics, and actuarial assessments
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and manage reinsurance planning

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent in any discipline with Engineering/Mathematics as one of the subjects
Insurance certification: ACII/equivalent or higher
10+ years of insurance experience in underwriting and claims management of P&C insurance products
Exceptionally strong senior-level management and leadership skills
Familiarity with managing data analytics and setting the agenda for actuarial reviews
Demonstrated and proven track record in leading and developing business and business relationships at a national corporate level
