About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Leadership Talent Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing leadership talent, and driving succession planning initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments and surveys to identify management/leadership training requirements
• Collaborate with the Talent Management Group Leader and HR Director to determine educational programs, services, and resources that meet training needs
• Develop and publish a six-month leadership training calendar covering all leaders' training
• Contribute to the preparation and approval of the annual leadership training plan
• Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring, and updating employees' career development plans in coordination with major stakeholders
• Identify critical positions and develop criteria for their identification in collaboration with stakeholders
• Select and identify successors for critical positions in conjunction with stakeholders
• Analyze performance results for identified successors and report back to management
• Monitor and update succession plans for each successor
• Oversee the talent identification process and assessment center
• Identify training needs for talents based on agreed criteria
• Manage and ensure talents follow approved development plans
• Coordinate mobility matters and processes for employee development
• Act as a focal point of contact and maintain assignees' records
• Generate mobility reports and monitor inbound/outbound assignee matters
• Drive T&A collection, analysis, and verification
• Contribute to vendor selection
• Oversee the building of the training calendar and track expenses
• Initiate cost-saving measures and provide reports to HR management
• Ensure alignment of T&D processes and procedures with other HR processes

Requirements:
• Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
