Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, aligning with the company's objectives. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights into the company's financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Budgeting and Cost Control

Create and manage the company's budget, ensuring that expenses are in line with revenue. Identify and implement cost-saving measures, review and approve expenditures, and maintain financial discipline.

Financial Reporting

Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management

Assess and manage financial risks, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations and market volatility. Develop risk mitigation strategies and policies to protect the company's financial assets, ensuring continuity and stability.

Cash Flow Management

Monitor cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity for operations. Manage cash reserves and investments to optimize returns while maintaining liquidity, aligning with the company's financial goals.

Financial Decision Making

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.

Financial Controls

Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, maintaining financial integrity.

Banking and Treasury Management

Manage banking relationships, optimizing cash management, including fund transfers and bank reconciliations. Ensure the company's financial practices are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Compliance and Regulation

Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company's financial practices are in compliance. Work with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary, maintaining a strong compliance culture.

Strategic Planning

Contribute to the development of the company's long-term financial and strategic plans. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives, driving growth and success.

Requirements:

• CA / ICWA with 10+ years of progressive experience.

• Good knowledge of banking.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.

• Gulf experience and knowledge of Arabic is a big advantage.

• Good command over English.
