Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Al-Musallam Group. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support to senior-level executives and will be responsible for coordinating between departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing valuable insights to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Task Management: Oversee the completion of tasks assigned by management, ensuring timely delivery
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to management for informed decision-making
- Fleet and Accounting Support: Assist in the sales process and vehicle management within the fleet and accounting department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
