  • Oversee financial duties such as invoice preparation, expense tracking, and budget analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding, payroll processing, and employee record maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including report preparation, presentation assistance, and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative role is required.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
