
Office Management Coordinator

The Procapita Group seeks an experienced Office Manager to provide administrative support for day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement efficient office operations procedures to enhance productivity and organization.
- Manage administrative tasks, including calendar management, correspondence, and document handling.
- Oversee financial duties such as invoice preparation, expense tracking, and budget analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding, payroll processing, and employee record maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including report preparation, presentation assistance, and project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative role is required.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
