Join our team as a Business Support Specialist and focus on driving lead generation and qualification through proactive cold-calling efforts. You will play a crucial role in identifying prospects and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage lead generation, cold-calling & lead qualification to identify prospects.
  • Schedule & confirm meetings with potential clients through calls and email.
  • Prepare daily prospect lists for approval and provide daily activity reports.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.
  • Conduct research on prospects to ensure AML compliance before outreach.
  • Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) with administrative tasks & meeting follow-ups.
  • Track and report progress on client engagement and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team and internal departments for seamless operations.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in Customer Service role or related within financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
