About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As an Account Executive at Pure Storage, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success in Enterprise sales.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of Pure Storage's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development in Kuwait.
  • A proven track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, able to build relationships easily and deepen them over time.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, while fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
