The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication on a daily basis.
This role requires strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills, effective account management and lead generation abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to achieve sales targets and objectives, and a proven track record in sales or account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship building
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in sales or account management
- Negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to achieve sales targets and objectives
