WIYAK is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Business Development team as a Senior Business Development Executive.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within our B2B segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to develop effective strategies to enter new markets and achieve company growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's reach.
  • Develop strategic plans to enter new markets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across various industries.
  • Negotiate and secure business partnerships.
  • Create proposals and presentations to attract clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with management and other teams to ensure strategies align with company goals and client needs are met.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Track and report on business development activities and growth progress.
  • Engage with clients to identify growth opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
  • 4-5 years of business development experience.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and/or Canva.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, WIYAK offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
