
Gym Sales and Business Development Manager

At Groupxen, we're seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with gym owners, fitness centers, and other potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Present Groupxen's gym and fitness equipment products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices by attending relevant conferences and events.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong understanding of the gym/sports equipment market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
