Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
- Business development or new client-acquisition experience in a selling role highly desired.
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sale process.
- Willingness to conduct travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree – desired.
Skills:
- Exceptional communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and value propositions to diverse audiences, both internally and externally, fostering buy-in and support for business development initiatives.
- Proficient in excelling across the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and generating leads to negotiating and finalizing deals, consistently surpassing sales quotas and contributing to company growth.
- Skilled in communication, adept at delivering compelling presentations and interacting proficiently, capable of translating complex ideas and value propositions to varied audiences, both within and outside the organization, engendering agreement and support for business development undertakings.
- Demonstrated ability in building and sustaining strong relationships with critical clients, associates, and stakeholders, promoting synergy and uncovering new avenues for business advancement.
- Experienced in undertaking extensive market research and analysis to detect burgeoning market sectors, customer requisites, and competitive distinctions, supplying practical guidance for knowledgeable business selections.
